Palm Invoicing - Palm Computer Systems

The Palm Invoicing module provides fast and efficient data entry facilities for
entering and producing invoices and credit notes, with comprehensive sales
analysis and reporting facilities. The Palm Invoicing module can handle up to
1,000 locations and covers up to 32,000 product items. The Palm Sales Ledger
must be present as the Palm Invoicing module uses the Sales Ledger customer
account file for details of pricing, discounts, VAT rates and customer invoice
and delivery addresses. Produces invoices and credit notes and automatically
maintains stock levels, customer accounts and sales analysis. Both product and
service type invoices can be produced via this system. All standard details can
be overridden by the operator if necessary. VAT and settlement discounts are
calculated automatically, and extra charges or comments can be included. As
each invoice is entered, the customer╒s sales statistics, the stock level and
product statistics are updated. discounts are controlled through a
Customer/Product matrix and a quantity break table.
